International MATH KANGAROO competition comes to Los Alamos! We are thrilled to announce that Atomic Learners Academy will be an official center for the Math Kangaroo USA test on March 19, 2026. We have 2 spots remaining for K-6 students for the 9:30am session. The registration ends on Jan 31 and includes test with state and national ranking and small gifts for every participants. As a reminder, our regular Wed activity in the after school day camp is centered around preparation for the test. Feel free to inquire for more information and for signing up!
After School Day Camp
Growth meets fun
Our camp offers an energizing mix of physical movement and creative exploration, blending a variety of exciting experiences such as judo, hip-hop, neurogymnastics, chess play sessions, math-themed games, and science-based crafts.
Every activity is guided by experienced facilitators including a dance instructor with 15 years of experience in different dance styles, a judo black belt instructor with experience teaching kids classes, a M.Sc. in clinical psychology with an early childhood education certificate from UNM, and a Ph.D. in theoretical physics, who bring energy and care to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and inspiring environment.

Regular Day Camp
Schedule: 3:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m., 5 days/week
Duration: Full semester or school year
Grades: K—6
Celebrate our opening with promotional discounts: $469/month (base) + $66/month (materials)
Note: Enrollment is limited and subject to availability. We currently have only a few spots left for the full-week enrollment.
Optional add-ons & discounts:
Guided ride from school: add $49/month.
4 days/week attendance: subtract $51/month + subtract $0-$25/month for materials depending on the day.
1-3 days/week attendance or drop-ins: please inquire using the form below. We offer discounted rates for enrollments on Mon and Wed.
If you're interested in a shortened camp (3:05 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.) for select days—ideal for students participating in other local sports—or looking to enroll siblings, please reach out to discuss available options and reduced rates.
Materials Fee Includes: A judo gi and up to two student-assembled science kits and/or art pieces to take home each month.

Our suite is located in the Bradbury Science Museum office building, on the second floor (entrance on the eastern side of the building where physical therapy is located).
