Note: this article is under construction and will be continuously updated with useful logistical information on the day camp logistics.

• The day camp begins with students arriving by bus, with the option of a guided ride on an Atomic City Transit bus (available for an additional fee to cover the time of a studio staff).
• Upon arrival, children start with a social block, where they can unwind with activities such as lego building, reading, board games, and optional homework time. This is followed by a development block activities featuring Math Kangaroo, chess club, science kits, and arts & crafts. The day concludes with a sports block that includes judo, hip-hop, and neurogymnastics.
• While we do not provide snacks due to allergy concerns, we are happy to assist children with snacks brought from home, and water is available throughout the day. Regular bathroom breaks are included in the schedule.
• All of our instructors hold up-to-date background checks, are certified in First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross, and have completed both the Safe Sport module and a course on concussion safety. For each student, an emergency contact and a list of medications must be provided.
• The program ends at 5:30 p.m., and all students must be picked up by 5:45 p.m. Late pickups will incur an additional fee by minute, as adult studio classes begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Families may request an earlier pickup at 4:45 p.m. if their child is involved in other local sports (e.g., soccer, hockey, swimming), and a corresponding fee adjustment may apply. Additionally, parents may inquire about enrolling their child in specific blocks (social, development, or sports) at a reduced fee. However, due to space limitations, priority will be given to students enrolled in the full camp.
